Unlock the potential within your teen or tween by helping them discover the power of self-leadership.
Many young people don't see themselves as leaders unless they hold a specific role, but the truth is that everyday when they walk out the door, they are stepping into self-leadership.
Self-leadership is a daily practice that begins at home. This webinar will challenge parents to recognize and affirm their child's leadership qualities and explore how this perspective can transform their confidence and actions. Through conversations and exercises, parents can help their teens and tweens redefine what it means to be a leader, identifying qualities such as hard work, support, and the courage to ask for help.
Self-leadership can be developed in:
• School
• Academics
• Home
• Socially
• Extracurricular activities.
Join us to empower your child with the ABC’s of self-leadership—Accountability, Belief, and Communication—and help them see themselves as the leaders they truly are.
